TSNAXIP1 Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TSNAXIP1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TSNAXIP1 (C-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TSNAXIP1, also known as Translin-associated factor X-interacting protein 1, consists of 658 amino acids and plays a crucial role in cellular processes by interacting with TSNAX (Translin-associated factor X), a member of the translin family found in a sumoylated state, associating perinuclearly. This interaction may influence gene expression regulation and cellular signaling pathways, which are vital for maintaining normal cellular function and may have implications in psychiatric disorders. TSNAXIP1 is located on Chromosome 16, a region associated with various genetic disorders, including those linked to psychiatric illnesses, due to proximity to the DISC1 gene (Disrupted-in-Schizophrenia-1).
