TrxR1 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects TrxR1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TrxR1, or thioredoxin reductase 1, is a crucial enzyme located in the cytoplasm that plays a vital role in maintaining cellular redox balance by reducing oxidized thioredoxin, thereby facilitating various cellular processes, including DNA synthesis and protection against oxidative stress.
