Troponin T-SS Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Troponin T-SS of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Troponin T-SS antibody (A-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Troponin T-SS plays a crucial role in muscle contraction by facilitating the interaction between actin and myosin, which are essential for generating force in muscle fibers.
