TRIM49 Antibody (3-H) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TRIM49 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TRIM49 antibody (3-H) is available as a non-conjugated format. TRIM49, also known as RNF18 (RING finger protein 18), is a 452 amino acid protein that belongs to the TRIM/RBCC family (C3HC4 subfamily) and is predominantly expressed in the testis. TRIM49 plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including transcriptional regulation, cell transformation, and carcinogenesis, making TRIM49 significant in understanding tumor biology and potential therapeutic targets. TRIM49 contains a B box-type zinc finger, a SPRY domain, and a RING-type zinc finger, which are essential for mediating protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions.
