SEE ALSO...

TRIM37 Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TRIM37 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRIM37 Antibody (C-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TRIM37, also known as KIAA0898, is crucial for cellular function as TRIM37 localizes to peroxisomes and plays a significant role in protein ubiquitination, acting as an E3 ubiquitin ligase. This function is vital for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis, which can impact various biological processes, including cell cycle progression and response to stress. TRIM37 is highly conserved across species, with low expression levels observed in the liver, ovary, heart, lung, skeletal muscle, and kidney, while TRIM37 is highly expressed in the testis and brain. Notably, mutations in TRIM37 are linked to Mulibrey nanism, an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by distinct craniofacial features, heart disease, and impaired sexual maturation, underscoring TRIM37′s importance in developmental processes.

was sc-515044: TRIM37 (C-6) mouse monoclonal antibody tested on IHC? In the description is mentioned Anti-TRIM37 Antibody (C-6) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P). Is the antibody for IHC cojugated with HRP?

Asked by: LiUl
Thank you for your question . We do not perform IHC in -house but ,based on other applications we suggest that this antibody will also work for IHC. If you happen to purchase this antibody and it does not work for IHC we will honor the one year warranty from data of purchase. Here is our recommended protocol : https://www.scbt.com/resources/protocols/immunoperoxidase-staining
