TRAP-1 Antibody (C-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TRAP-1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. anti-TRAP-1 antibody (C-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, providing versatility for different experimental needs. TRAP-1 protein, also known as transforming growth factor β receptor associated binding protein, plays a crucial role in regulating TGFβ signaling pathway, which is vital for cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis.
