TRAF4 Antibody (43) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects TRAF4 in mouse, rat, human, and canine samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). TRAF4, originally known as CART1, plays a crucial role in the signaling pathways of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, particularly in breast carcinomas where TRAF4 is specifically expressed. TRAF4 is localized to the nucleus, suggesting a role in regulating gene expression and cellular responses to external stimuli.
