TRABID Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgM kappa antibody that detects TRABID protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TRABID antibody (F-1) is available as the non-conjugated form. TRABID, also known as TRAF-binding domain-containing protein or ZRANB1 (zinc finger Ran-binding domain-containing protein 1), is a 708 amino acid protein predominantly located in the cytoplasm and nucleus, highlighting its crucial role in cellular signaling and regulation. TRABID (F-1) antibody recognizes a key player in the Wnt signaling pathway, functioning as a positive regulator by specifically cleaving ′Lys-63′-linked ubiquitin chains, which is essential for modulating various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and differentiation.
