TNK1 Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TNK1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TNK1 (H-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TNK1, consisting of 666 amino acids, is crucial for catalyzing the ATP-dependent phosphorylation of L-tyrosine residues on target proteins, which is essential for regulating various cellular processes, including cell growth and differentiation. This phosphorylation activity can influence signaling pathways that are often dysregulated in cancer, suggesting TNK1 may play a role in tumor suppression. TNK1 is expressed at high levels in fetal tissues such as the lung, liver, brain, and kidney, indicating significance in fetal development and potential involvement in phospholipid signal transduction pathways. The presence of one SH3 domain and one protein kinase domain in TNK1′s structure further underscores functional versatility.
