please , could you give me the amino aci sequence of the epitope targeted by this Ab and IL-1β (2H12). It's to use for blast to detect homologous sequences in invertebrates, because we have a positive signal with this Ab with plathelminthes. Regards

Thank you for your question. The exact immunogen sequence is considered proprietary. However, I can provide you with a 50 amino acid range of where the immunogen is located. TNFå (M-18): sc-1348 was raised against a sequence between amino acids 185-235 of TNFα of mouse origin (accession# P06804). IL-1β (2H12): sc-130323 was raised against a recombinant IL-1β protein of human origin, the exact epitope has not been mapped.
