TLX3 Antibody (G-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TLX3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TLX3 (G-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TLX3 plays a crucial role in the development of the central nervous system, particularly in the formation of first-order relay visceral sensory neurons in the brainstem. TLX3 expression is vital for the proper development of noradrenergic centers, as evidenced by the compromised development observed in TLX3-deficient mice, which exhibit severe respiratory issues and often succumb shortly after birth due to central respiratory failure. Additionally, TLX3 is implicated in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), where the t(5;14)(q35;q32) translocation leads to increased transcription of TLX3 gene, highlighting TLX3′s significance in both developmental biology and cancer research. TLX3 gene is located on chromosome 5q34-q35, further emphasizing TLX3′s importance in genetic studies and potential therapeutic targets.
