Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good antibody! 1:200 diluted for wb of rat protein, the band is strong, but the background is a little dark
Date published: 2017-12-30
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Detection of endogenous Tip60 The antibody blotting 1:100 o/n 4C gave a signal at the right size with whole MCF7 cell lysate (40ug). The signal was reduced upon Tip60 siRNA treatment. More lysate or nuclear fraction would probably be beneficial for stronger signal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very efficient antibody indeed. Nice Western Blot data of IL-6R expression in M1 whole cell lysate.Very efficient antibody indeed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The final result The final result of the experiment was to determine that TIP60 was eventually identified as a co-activator of the HIV TAT protein and also as a ligand-dependent steroid receptor-mediated transactivation involving androgen, estrogen and progesterone receptors Nuclear hormone receptor coactivator.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A reliable antibody! A perfect choice for WB detection. This is capable of detecting all isoforms present within a sample with consistency an clarity.
Date published: 2016-12-23
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice antibody The antibody is good and strong. But there are few non light non specific bands too !!
