TFPI Antibody (G-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TFPI plays a crucial role in the regulation of blood coagulation by inhibiting the extrinsic pathway, which is vital for maintaining hemostatic balance and preventing excessive clot formation.
