    SEE ALSO...

TFIIF RAP 30 Antibody (G-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TFIIF RAP 30 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TFIIF RAP 30 antibody (G-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TFIIF RAP 30 (G-3) antibody recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in the transcription process, specifically as part of the TFIIF complex, which is essential for the assembly of RNA polymerase II into the preinitiation complex at the promoter region of protein-coding genes. This complex formation is vital for accurate initiation of transcription, as TFIIF not only aids in RNA polymerase II recruitment but also enhances transcription elongation. TFIIF RAP 30, along with RAP 74, ensures efficient operation of the transcription machinery, which is critical for proper gene expression and cellular function. Disruptions in this process can lead to various diseases, highlighting the significance of studying TFIIF RAP 30 and its interactions within the transcriptional machinery.
