SEE ALSO...

TFEC Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TFEC protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TFEC (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. TFEC protein plays a significant role in cellular processes, particularly in gene expression regulation and cellular differentiation. TFEC (E-12) monoclonal antibody recognizes a member of the basic helix-loop-helix/leucine zipper (bHLH/LZ) transcription factor family, which is crucial for transcriptional regulation of various genes involved in development and cellular responses. TFEC protein is primarily expressed in fibroblasts, myoblasts, chondrosarcoma cells, and myeloma cells, distinguishing TFEC from closely related counterparts, TFE3 and MITF, which have broader expression patterns. This unique expression profile suggests TFEC′s potential involvement in specific cellular pathways and importance in understanding molecular mechanisms underlying certain diseases, including cancers. Anti-TFEC antibody (E-12) enables researchers to gain insights into TFEC′s functional roles and interactions within the cellular environment, ultimately contributing to a deeper understanding of biological significance.
