SEE ALSO...

TEM1 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TEM1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TEM1 (G-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Tumor endothelial marker 1 (TEM1), also known as endosialin, is a heavily glycosylated, type I transmembrane C-type lectin-like receptor belonging to the Ras superfamily, primarily expressed in the vascular endothelium and fibroblast-like cells during organ development, with expression significantly diminishing in adulthood. The structure of TEM1 comprises three epidermal growth factor-like domains, a C-type lectin domain, and a Sushi domain, which collectively contribute to functional roles in tumor biology. TEM1 is highly upregulated in the endothelium of tumors, where TEM1 plays a critical role in tumor growth and progression, making TEM1 a significant target for anti-angiogenic therapies. TEM1 may facilitate the concentration of liposomes on the surface of target cells, enhancing their fusion with the cell membrane, thereby influencing therapeutic delivery mechanisms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bueno para inmunohistoquímicaLo he probado con varios desenmascaramientos y en general sale muy bien con EIER Proteinasa K o HIER EDTA ph 9. El único problema que tengo de momento es que no me está saliendo en inmunofluorescencia usando el mismo tejido que sí me sale para inmuno visible con DAB.
