    SEE ALSO...

TDRD10 Antibody (C-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects TDRD10 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TDRD10 antibody (C-7) is available as the non-conjugated form. TDRD10, also known as Tudor domain-containing protein 10, is a 366 amino acid protein characterized by one RNA recognition motif (RRM) domain and one Tudor domain, which are crucial for RNA binding and protein-protein interactions. TDRD10 is primarily located in the cytoplasm and is involved in gene expression regulation and RNA metabolism, making TDRD10 essential for various cellular processes, including spermatogenesis and genomic stability maintenance. The TDRD10 gene, which maps to human chromosome 1q21.3, encodes two alternatively spliced isoforms, highlighting potential complexity in function and regulation. Chromosome 1 harbors approximately 3,000 genes and is associated with numerous diseases, including rare genetic disorders and various cancers, underscoring the importance of studying TDRD10 in understanding cellular mechanisms and disease pathology.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514046 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Dr Ninau Qelp
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
