    SEE ALSO...

TCL-1B Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TCL-1B of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TCL-1B (H-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The T cell leukemia/lymphoma protein 1B (TCL-1B), also known as TML1, TCL/MTCP1-like 1, syncytiotrophoblast-specific protein, and SYN-1, plays a critical role in T cell prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL) and is located on human chromosome 14q32.1, a region frequently involved in chromosomal translocations and inversions associated with T cell leukemias and lymphomas. TCL-1B is activated by chromosomal rearrangements involving the TCL1 locus, which can lead to aberrant signaling pathways that promote cell survival and proliferation. TCL-1B′s structure, characterized by a unique fold that facilitates interaction with various signaling molecules, is essential for regulating T cell development and activation. In mice, TCL-1B is represented by five homologues, TCL-1B1 to TCL-1B5, which underscores evolutionary significance. TCL-1B expression in both nucleus and cytoplasm of normal bone marrow and peripheral lymphocytes highlights versatile roles in cellular processes, making TCL-1B a valuable target for research and therapeutic applications.
