SEE ALSO...

TBX3 Antibody (A-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects TBX3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TBX3 antibody (A-6) is available as the non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. TBX3 plays a crucial role in developmental processes, particularly in the regulation of gene expression during embryonic development. TBX3 functions as a transcriptional repressor, which is essential for maintaining the balance of gene expression necessary for proper cellular differentiation and organogenesis. Dysregulation of TBX3 has been implicated in various human diseases, including ulnar-mammary syndrome and certain types of cancer, highlighting TBX3′s importance in both developmental biology and pathology. The T-box transcription factor family, to which TBX3 belongs, is characterized by a conserved DNA-binding domain that allows specific gene promoter interactions, thereby influencing the transcriptional landscape of developing tissues. Understanding TBX3′s functional mechanisms and protein interactions can provide insights into the molecular underpinnings of developmental disorders and cancer, making TBX3 (A-6) antibody a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical biological processes.

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-166623 X be used instead of the standard form sc-166623?

Asked by: Cweed
Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
