    SEE ALSO...

TATDN1 Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TATDN1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-TATDN1 antibody (B-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TATDN1, also known as CDA11, is a 297 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the TatD DNase family and plays a crucial role in DNA repair and maintenance of genomic stability. TATDN1 (B-2) antibody targets a protein involved in degrading damaged DNA, preventing mutation accumulation that could lead to various diseases, including cancer. TATDN1 exists in two isoforms due to alternative splicing events and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 8, which is associated with numerous genetic disorders and malignancies. TATDN1′s presence in the nucleus highlights its significance in cellular processes, and its interaction with other proteins involved in DNA repair pathways further underscores its essential role in maintaining cellular integrity.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-376053 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: cjMara
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
