TATDN1 Antibody (B-2) is a high quality monoclonal TATDN1 antibody (also designated TATDN1 antibody) suitable for the detection of the TATDN1 protein of mouse, rat and human origin. TATDN1 Antibody (B-2) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-TATDN1 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-TATDN1 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TATDN1 (TatD DNase domain containing 1), also known as CDA11, is a 297 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the tatD DNase family. Existing as two isoforms due to alternative splicing events, TATDN1 is encoded by a gene that maps to human chromosome 8. Consisting of nearly 146 million base pairs, chromosome 8 encodes over 800 genes and is associated with a variety of diseases and malignancies. Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, Trisomy 8, Pfeiffer syndrome, congenital hypothyroidism, Waardenburg syndrome and some leukemias and lymphomas are thought to occur as a result of defects in specific genes that map to chromosome 8.
