Tankyrase-1/2 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Tankyrase-1/2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Tankyrase-1/2 antibody (E-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Tankyrase-1 and Tankyrase-2 proteins, which are poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases, play crucial roles in cellular processes by regulating telomere length and stability. Tankyrase-1 promotes telomere elongation by facilitating telomerase access to the telomeric complex, while Tankyrase-2 releases TRF1 from telomeres, indicating involvement in telomere maintenance.
