Talin Antibody (C-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects Talin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Talin antibody (C-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Talin plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling by linking integrins to the actin cytoskeleton, which is essential for maintaining cell shape and facilitating communication between the extracellular matrix and the cell. This interaction is vital for processes such as cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation.
