SEE ALSO...

TAB2 Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TAB2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TAB2 Antibody (E-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TAB2 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) signaling cascade. TAB2 acts as an essential mediator that interacts with mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase (MAPKKK) TAK1, facilitating activation of downstream signaling pathways in response to various stimuli. This interaction regulates inflammatory responses and cellular stress, as TAB2 helps translocate TAK1 complex from membrane to cytosol upon pro-inflammatory signals, promoting TAK1 activation. TAB2′s ability to form complexes with other binding proteins, such as TAB1 and TAB3, further underscores TAB2′s importance in modulating activity of key transcription factors like NF-kB and AP-1, which are critical for immune responses and cellular homeostasis. With versatile applications and significant role in cellular signaling, anti-TAB2 antibody (E-5) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying intricacies of MAPK signaling pathways and their implications in various biological processes.
