SUHW1 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SUHW1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SUHW1 monoclonal antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SUHW1, also known as ZNF280A, is a 542 amino acid transcription factor localized in the nucleus, where SUHW1 plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression. SUHW1 contains four C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are essential for DNA-binding capabilities, allowing SUHW1 to interact with specific gene promoters and modulate transcriptional activity. This function is vital for various cellular processes, including development and differentiation, as SUHW1 can influence the expression of genes involved in these pathways.
