STAC3 Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects STAC3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-STAC3 antibody (E-2) is available as the non-conjugated form. SH3 and cysteine-rich domain 3 (STAC3) plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and protein interactions, particularly in synaptic transmission and neuronal development. STAC3 contains one phorbol-ester/DAG-type zinc finger and two Src homology 3 (SH3) domains, which are essential for mediating interactions with other proteins, especially those that are proline-rich.
