SREB3 Antibody (C-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 166-186 of SREB3 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SREB3 monoclonal antibody (C-8) is available as the non-conjugated form. Super conserved receptor expressed in brain 3 (SREB3), also known as G protein-coupled receptor (GPR173), is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor primarily expressed in brain and ovarian tissues. The significance of SREB3 lies in its role in mediating various physiological processes, although specific ligands remain unidentified. SREB3 is thought to be involved in critical signaling pathways that influence neuronal function and reproductive health, making SREB3 a vital target for research into neurological disorders and reproductive biology. Understanding the interactions and signaling mechanisms of SREB3 can provide insights into potential roles in health and disease, highlighting the importance of anti-SREB3 antibody (C-8) in advancing knowledge of G protein-coupled receptor biology. By targeting SREB3 in human samples, SREB3 (C-8) antibody offers researchers a valuable tool for investigating expression, localization, and function of SREB3, facilitating deeper insights into roles in neurological and reproductive systems.
