SPARC Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects SPARC protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SPARC (D-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SPARC, which stands for secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine, plays a crucial role in regulating extracellular matrix remodeling and is involved in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation.
