Sp3 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Sp3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Sp3 (F-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Sp3 protein, a member of the Sp transcription factor family, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression by binding to GC-rich promoter regions, which is essential for transcription of various genes involved in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis.
