    SNX4 Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects SNX4 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX4 (B-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNX4 plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking and sorting of membrane proteins, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating signaling pathways. Specifically, SNX4 is involved in the endosomal sorting of receptors, including the epidermal growth factor receptor, thereby influencing receptor degradation and recycling processes. This function is essential for modulating cellular responses to growth factors and ensuring proper signal transduction. Additionally, SNX4 shares structural similarities with other sorting nexins, such as SNX1 and SNX2, which contain a phox homology (PX) domain that facilitates their interaction with phosphoinositides and membrane compartments. SNX4′s ability to form complexes with other sorting nexins and various cellular proteins underscores its importance in the dynamic regulation of membrane trafficking and receptor signaling, making SNX4 a valuable target for research in cell biology and related fields.
