SNX19 Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SNX19 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX19 Antibody (B-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNX19 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in protein metabolism, and is notably overexpressed in hematologic neoplasms, highlighting SNX19′s potential as a biomarker for certain cancers. SNX19 is primarily located in the endosomal compartments of cells, where SNX19 is involved in the sorting and trafficking of membrane proteins. SNX19′s localization allows for the regulation of protein levels on the cell surface, thereby influencing various signaling pathways and cellular responses. Through facilitating the internalization and recycling of receptors, SNX19 contributes to maintaining cellular homeostasis and modulating the effects of extracellular signals.
