SEE ALSO...

SNRK Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SNRK protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNRK (A-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNRK, also known as HSNFRK, is a 765 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the sucrose nonfermenting (SNF)-related kinase family of serine/threonine kinases, which are crucial for various cellular processes. SNRK plays a key role in protein phosphorylation and dephosphorylation, a vital mechanism for intracellular signal transduction in eukaryotic organisms. This process regulates hematopoietic cell proliferation and differentiation, particularly in hematopoietic progenitor cells and leukemic cell lines where SNRK shows expression. SNRK activation by LKB1 may regulate low potassium-induced apoptosis in cerebellar granule neurons, highlighting SNRK′s importance in neuronal health and function. Located on human chromosome 3 among over 1,100 genes, including those associated with cancer, SNRK represents a promising target for therapeutic interventions in hematological malignancies and neurodegenerative diseases.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with SNRK (A-3): sc-398557?

Asked by: Professor Griffin
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
