Six3 Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Six3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Six3 is a crucial member of the Six family of homeodomain transcription factors, characterized by a conserved DNA binding domain that plays a vital role in the development of the eye and brain.
