SENP7 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SENP7 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SENP7 (E-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SENP7 plays a crucial role in regulating SUMO (small ubiquitin-related modifier) pathways, which are essential for various cellular functions such as transcription, DNA repair, and cell cycle progression. SENP7 participates in desumoylation by removing SUMO modifications from target proteins, influencing their activity and stability - a regulation vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress signals.
