Sall4 抗体（EE-30）是一种 IgG1 κ 小鼠单克隆 Sall4 抗体，可通过 WB、IP、IF、IHC(P) 和 ELISA 检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的 Sall4。Sall4 抗体（EE-30）为非偶联的抗 Sall4 抗体形式。Sall3（SALL3，sal-like 3）和 Sall4（SALL4，sal-like 4）是果蝇区域特异性同源异形基因 spalt 的哺乳动物同源物，该基因编码含锌指的转录调节因子。果蝇 spalt 是指定后头部和前尾部而非躯干所必需的遗传成分。Sall3 在妊娠 24 周时在人类胎儿大脑的多个区域表达，包括海马体形成区的神经元、背内侧和腹外侧丘脑核、小脑浦肯野细胞和脑干中的一组神经元。Sall4 在早期小鼠胚胎中的表达逐渐局限于头部区域和原条，随后在发育中的中脑、鳃弓、肢体和生殖乳突中显著表达。
