S-100A13 Antibody (63-Y) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects S-100A13 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-S-100A13 antibody (63-Y) is available as non-conjugated format. S-100A13, a member of the S-100 protein family, is a 98 amino acid protein characterized by two EF-hand calcium-binding domains, which play a crucial role in calcium signaling within cells. S-100A13 is predominantly expressed in skeletal muscle, heart, kidney, ovary, small intestine, and pancreas, and expression levels can vary significantly in different pathological conditions, highlighting potential as a biomarker for various diseases. S-100A13 translocates in response to elevated intracellular calcium levels induced by Angiotensin II, which is important for understanding cellular responses to stress and inflammation. S-100A13 co-localizes with S-100A1 on human chromosome 1q21, where many S-100 proteins cluster, suggesting potential interactions that may influence cellular functions such as inflammation and tumor cell motility. S-100A13′s ability to enhance neurite outgrowth further underscores significance in neurobiology and regenerative medicine, making S-100A13 (63-Y) antibody a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical processes.

I am using S-100A13 (63-Y): sc-100935 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?
