S-100A10 Antibody (4E7E10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects S-100A10 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-S-100A10 antibody (4E7E10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. S-100A10, also known as the cellular ligand of annexin II, plays a crucial role in modulating biological signaling pathways by interacting with various target proteins.
