    SEE ALSO...

RUNDC3A Antibody (H-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects RUNDC3A protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-RUNDC3A antibody (H-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RUNDC3A, also known as RPIP-8 or RAP2IP, is a 446 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role as an effector protein of RAP2A in neuronal cells, influencing cellular signaling pathways vital for neuronal function and development. RUNDC3A is a member of the RUNDC3 family and features a RUN domain, with alternative splicing giving rise to four distinct isoforms. RUNDC3A is predominantly expressed in the testis, brain, kidney, and liver, and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 17q21.31, a region that harbors over 1,200 genes, including key tumor suppressor genes such as p53 and BRCA1. p53 is essential for maintaining cellular genetic integrity, regulating cell fate decisions between DNA repair and apoptosis, while BRCA1 is recognized for its role in DNA repair and association with early-onset breast cancer and other malignancies. Research on RUNDC3A and its interactions is important for understanding potential implications in neurobiology and cancer research, making RUNDC3A (H-9) antibody a valuable tool for researchers in these fields.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-390248 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jerojero
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
