RPS6KL1 Antibody (273CT4.5.3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects RPS6KL1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB). Anti-RPS6KL1 antibody (273CT4.5.3) is available as a non-conjugated format. RPS6KL1, also known as ribosomal protein S6 kinase-like 1, is a 549 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly those involved in cell growth and proliferation. RPS6KL1 belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, specifically the S6 kinase subfamily, and features one MIT domain and a protein kinase domain. RPS6KL1 helps regulate ribosomal biogenesis and protein synthesis, which are essential processes for maintaining cellular function and responding to growth signals. RPS6KL1 is encoded on human chromosome 14, a region associated with various genetic disorders, including Alzheimer′s disease and α1-antitrypsin deficiency. RPS6KL1 and its regulatory functions are vital for understanding cell growth mechanisms and potential disease implications.
