    SEE ALSO...

Rpp25 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Rpp25 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Rpp25 antibody (A-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rpp25, a 199 amino acid nuclear protein, is a crucial component of the ribonuclease P and ribonuclease MRP ribonucleoproteins, which are essential for RNA processing. These ribonucleoproteins play a vital role in the maturation of precursor tRNA molecules by removing their 5-prime leader sequences, a process that is critical for the proper functioning of tRNA in protein synthesis. Rpp25 is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 15q24.2 and mouse chromosome 9 B, and Rpp25′s interaction with other protein subunits, such as POP1 and POP5, highlights its importance in the assembly and function of the ribonuclease complexes. The accumulation of Rpp25 in the nucleolus underscores its significance in cellular processes, making Rpp25 (A-3) antibody an invaluable tool for researchers studying RNA metabolism and related pathways.
