SEE ALSO...

Ron β Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to recognize an epitope mapping between amino acids 1371-1400 at the C-terminus of the human Ron β protein, also known as MST1R, macrophage-stimulating protein receptor (MSP receptor), p185-Ron, CD136 antigen, or PTK8. Ron β is the intracellular domain of the Ron receptor tyrosine kinase, which plays a critical role in cellular signaling pathways that regulate processes such as growth, survival, and migration. Post-translational modifications of Ron β, including phosphorylation, are essential for its activation and function, enabling the recruitment of downstream signaling molecules and the propagation of signal transduction cascades. These modifications are crucial for maintaining normal cellular homeostasis and are often dysregulated in various cancers, making Ron β a significant target for therapeutic intervention and cancer research. Ron β (E-9) monoclonal antibody exhibits broad species reactivity, effectively recognizing Ron β from mouse, rat, and human origins in applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), ensuring versatile utility across different experimental setups. By specifically targeting a conserved epitope within the C-terminal region, anti-Ron β antibody (E-9) provides reliable detection and quantification of Ron β expression and its post-translational modifications, facilitating detailed studies of Ron-mediated signaling pathways. Ron β (E-9) monoclonal antibody ensures consistent and accurate results, enabling researchers to explore the mechanisms underlying Ron β function and its role in disease progression.
