    SEE ALSO...

Ribosomal Protein L9 Antibody (ST-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Ribosomal Protein L9 (RPL9) of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RPL9 antibody (ST-7) is available as the non-conjugated format. RPL9 is a crucial component of the 60S ribosomal subunit, consisting of 192 amino acids and playing a vital role in protein synthesis. RPL9 is predominantly located in the cytoplasm and expressed in a wide range of tissues, highlighting an essential function in cellular metabolism. RPL9′s importance lies not only in its structural role within the ribosome but also in regulating translation, which is critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress conditions. RPL9 is encoded by a multigene family that includes several processed pseudogenes, and exists in two isoforms due to alternative splicing events. RPL9′s ability to interact with various other ribosomal proteins and factors underscores its significance in the intricate machinery of protein synthesis, making anti-RPL9 antibody (ST-7) an invaluable tool for researchers studying ribosomal function and its implications in health and disease.
