Rho D Antibody (H-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Rho D protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rho D (H-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rho D protein, a small GTPase, plays a crucial role in regulating the actin cytoskeleton and is essential for maintaining cellular architecture and motility. Specifically, Rho D is localized to the cytoplasm and plasma membrane, where Rho D orchestrates the dynamics of endosomal trafficking and the organization of actin filaments.
