    SEE ALSO...

RGS11 Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects RGS11 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-RGS11 antibody (E-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RGS11 plays a crucial role in regulating G protein signaling pathways, particularly in the central nervous system, where RGS11 is involved in modulating neuronal signaling and synaptic transmission. RGS11 is part of a subfamily of RGS proteins that contain a GGL domain, which is essential for binding to Gβ5 subunits, forming active GTPase-activating protein complexes that primarily localize to the cytosol. These complexes are particularly important as RGS11 preferentially targets the Gαo subunit for hydrolysis, thereby inhibiting Gβ1γ2-mediated activation of phospholipase C, which is vital for various cellular responses. RGS11 (E-3) monoclonal antibody serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying G protein signaling pathways and their implications in neurological disorders.
