Reptin 52 Antibody (B-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Reptin 52 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Reptin 52 antibody (B-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Reptin 52, also known as RUVBL1, is a crucial nuclear matrix protein primarily located in the nucleus, where Reptin 52 plays a significant role in various cellular processes.
