RCK Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects RCK protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-RCK antibody (E-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RCK protein, also known as DDX6 or P54, is a crucial member of the DEAD-box RNA helicase family, characterized by conserved motifs that facilitate RNA unwinding.
