RARβ2 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 1–55 at the N-terminus of human RARβ2, capable of detecting RARβ2 in mouse, rat, and human samples by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Retinoic Acid Receptor Beta 2 (RARβ2), also known as NR1B2, RAR beta-2, or retinoic acid receptor beta isoform 2, is a nuclear receptor located primarily in the cell nucleus, where RARβ2 functions as a transcription factor regulating gene expression in response to retinoic acid signaling.
