RANK Antibody (9A725) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects RANK in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). RANK, or receptor activator of NFκB, plays a crucial role in the immune system and bone metabolism by mediating the interaction between osteoclasts and their precursors, which is essential for bone resorption and remodeling.
