Ran BP-3 Antibody (52) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects RanBP-3 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). RanBP-3, a crucial scaffold protein, plays a significant role in the assembly of export complexes by facilitating the interaction between Crm1 and RCC1 in the presence of Ran GTP. This interaction is vital for the export of proteins and RNA from the nucleus, thereby influencing key cellular processes such as gene expression and cell cycle regulation.
