    SEE ALSO...

Rad26L Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Rad26L protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Rad26L antibody (E-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rad26L, also known as ERCC6L2, HEBO, BMFS2, SR278, or C9orf102, plays a pivotal role in DNA repair processes, particularly in repairing DNA double-strand breaks through homologous recombination repair pathway. This function is crucial for maintaining genomic stability, as Rad26L helps prevent DNA damage accumulation that can lead to cancer and age-related diseases. Rad26L interacts with several key proteins involved in DNA repair, including RAD51, which is essential for homologous recombination, and BRCA1, a well-known tumor suppressor. These interactions underscore Rad26L′s importance in DNA repair mechanisms, highlighting potential therapeutic applications in diseases associated with genomic instability. Research into Rad26L continues providing valuable insights into cellular defense against DNA damage, making Rad26L a significant focus for understanding molecular basis of genomic maintenance and human health implications.
