Rab 1B Antibody (LD-S3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Rab 1B protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Rab 1B antibody (LD-S3) is available as a non-conjugated format. Rab 1B plays a crucial role in intracellular transport, particularly in vesicle movement between the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus, which is essential for proper protein secretion. Rab 1B localizes primarily in the cytoplasm and regulates vesicle trafficking, ensuring proteins reach correct destinations within cells. Rab 1B function maintains cellular homeostasis and facilitates organelle communication, as disruptions can lead to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders. Rab 1B interacts with several effector proteins that mediate vesicle transport roles, further underscoring cellular logistics importance. Anti-Rab 1B antibody (LD-S3) enables researchers to gain insights into protein transport dynamics and underlying mechanisms of cellular function across different species.
